Practicalities

This site is best viewed at a screen resolution of 800 X 600, in high colour. We recommend Microsoft Internet Explorer for browsing the site.

Throughout the site, extensive use is made of Microsoft's Verdana font. This font is specifically designed for viewing on screen and so is very clear. It is likely to become the standard on the Internet. It is installed as part of Internet Explorer. If you are having trouble reading anything on the site, or it seems unclear, we recommend you download the Verdana font from Microsoft, free of charge:
